  2021_05_Assateague-11727-CR3_DxO_DeepPRIME-Edit2048.jpg - As we watched the herd another stallion came by and seemed to challenge the older stallion. There was quite a bit of hoof stomping and breath blowing and some rearing and striking, but eventually the youngster on the left moved off, trailing the herd for a while until we lost them as they wandered into the thickets.
