It was a beautiful evening as we hiked down from Delicate Arch, so we decided to try a new photographic technique (new to us). "Light painting" is when you create a long-exposure image, and then use a light source to "paint". Here we tried this technique out on the wonderfully unmolested Petroglyphs near Wolfe Ranch. The stars appear blurry because the exposure was so long that the stars moved a little. We'll be better at it the next time! |
