Intro.jpg - Hello again everyone, and welcome to the next round of Mike & Hali's excellent adventures! The destination this Spring was the Sandals "La Toc" resort on the lovely island of St Lucia. Brad and Huidi came along with Mike and Hali this trip, as you will see in the photos. The draw for this particular resort was the on-site golf course for Brad and Huidi. That was a big hit. They played every day, and they really seemed to enjoy the low-key setting. The weather started off with a couple of cloudy days, and we even had a passing rain shower or two -- nothing bad enough to slow us down. The weather improved after that, and we quickly began wishing for more clouds as the tropical heat beat down on us.The beach at the La Toc resort is a natural sand beach with swell ranging from nearly calm to chest-high shore break. This proved to be a challenge for some of the water sports. Fortunately, there is a free shuttle over to another Sandals resort that had more calm water (and more importantly, water skiing). As usual, the food and service were very good. A good time was had by all, and a few pictures were taken along the way. These trips are not really photo trips, but we try to break out the cameras every now and then to get a few shots. We hope you enjoy viewing them as much as we enjoyed taking them!Happy trails, Mike & Hali
