Lionfish. We saw what could only be a nest of these nasty poisonous fish on the small area of the reef when we snorkeled from the beach early in the morning. There had to be 7 or 8 of them in one little area. Lionfish are a big problem in the Caribbean. They are an invasive species destroying life on the reef, and they have very few predators.
