Bobcats (Lynx Rufus) are a North American wild cat that is adaptable to its changing environment. It lives in a wide range of areas from woodlands to semi-desert to urban and forest edges to swamps. Bobcats help control pests, their preferred prey are rabbits and hares but will hunt insects, geese, birds and small rodents as well as deer.
