While snooping around for tree frogs, we stumbled across several sleeping anoles -- like this one. It's a bit of a rude awakening, I'm sure. Our flashes must seem unbelievable bright to these poor lounging lizards. After one or two flashes the eyes would open. A couple more flashes and they would usually get up to find another bed somewhere else. | _MIK0342.jpg |
